WoPoWriMo is short for World Poetry Writing Month - the idea is to write/compose a poem a day for the month of February!
These do not have to be polished poems but rather the idea or feeling behind them - the bones of the poetry. Visual Poetry (VisPo), rap, classical, epic poetry - you name it and it's welcome - yes even limericks!

This should be a fun challenge along the lines of NaNoWriMo - we do hope you'll join us in a frenzy of poetic expression!
- donate one pound to the International Red Cross for each of the 26 Anglican bishops sitting in the House of Lords who completes the Sober Survey
- donate $10 to Rep. Jenn Coffey and volunteer at least 5 hours of time to her 2010 re-election
- write to Lothian & Borders Police Chief Constable David Strang and demand Selkirk police station is manned 24/7
- contribute £10 towards a Bath Fringe Performance of Touch & Go Theatre,
